FIELD: vehicles. SUBSTANCE: constant-mesh gears are mounted on driving and driven shafts. Gears of one of shafts are coupled with another one by means of assemblies of alternate friction plates with external and internal gear rings and also with help of overrunning clutch. Squeezing mechanism of each assembly of friction plates is made in the form of axially movably bushing with ports arranged in which are cams with threaded working surface mounted for radial movement from individual drive. Overrunning clutch is made in the form of axially spring-loaded ring with end face cams, arranged concentric with assembly of friction plates and engaged with its external ring. Gear, cooperating with assembly of friction plates, is provided with end face cams and central threaded hole. Cams cooperate with end face cams of overrunning clutch ring, and central threaded hole periodically cooperates with working threaded surface of squeezing mechanism cams, when speed gear is shifted in. Availability of overrunning clutch for each speed gear and squeezing mechanisms of friction plates, made in the form of cams intended for screwing with respective gear, when gear is shifted in, and for to be shifted in without release of previous one with no slipping of friction plates.
