FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the technology of gas separation, in particular to an air separation device and a refrigerating and freezing device. Air separation device comprises a support frame on which there is a support surface with a channel and a chamber for collecting enriched gas, in communication with the channel, and a membrane for air separation superimposed on the support surface and adapted to feed the enriched gas collection chamber. Support frame comprises an air removal hole communicating with a chamber for collecting enriched gas, a frame in which a receiving chamber with a hole is formed and a plurality of ribs arranged at intervals in the receiving chamber opening, wherein external side surfaces of the ribs form a support surface, a gap between two adjacent ribs forms a channel, a cavity located on the inner sides of the plurality of ribs, receiving chamber forms a chamber for collection of enriched gas, and axis of hole for air removal and multiple ribs pass in one direction. Refrigerating and freezing device includes a housing, in which space for storage and space for freshness preservation with air conditioning, an air separation device and an air pump are formed.
EFFECT: invention provides high strength and small size of the air separation device, which enables to create an oxygen-depleted gas medium which promotes preservation of freshness of food products.
