FIELD: welding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser welding, including thin-walled parts, and can be used for connection of high-vacuum products, for example, parts of vacuum-tube devices from various metals and alloys with preliminary cutting of edges and without it. In method of laser welding of circular, spiral and rectilinear seams of metal parts at a tangent to welded article, filler wire is supplied to welding bath, it is pressed to welded joint, laser beam is directed into it. Protective gas is supplied simultaneously with welding wire, welded seam is obtained as quasi-continuous. Wire is pressed due to internal stress occurring at deformation within elasticity of wire along arc between section of replaceable calibration tip and point of contact of wire with article, wire is fed by self-stretching.
EFFECT: technical result of the proposed invention is increase of vacuum density and reliability of welded seams at implementation of method of laser welding of circular, spiral and rectilinear seams, including thin-walled parts.
