FIELD: construction; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction equipment, namely to pile-driving equipment drive cylinder. pile-driving equipment drive cylinder comprises cylindrical part with outer cylindrical sleeve and inner cylindrical sleeve installed in each other. Piston part comprising a piston rod extending from inner cylindrical sleeve outer part, wherein in the part inside the inner cylindrical sleeve a piston is installed, which is located tightly and with possibility of reciprocating movement inside the inner cylindrical sleeve, and in part extending outward of inner cylindrical sleeve, there is a clamping device for attachment of piston rod to scraper. Head on piston side, which is tightly attached to end on piston side of outer cylindrical sleeve and inner cylindrical sleeve so, that working medium under pressure moved inside drive cylinder could not flow out of drive cylinder via connection between head on piston side and outer cylindrical sleeve and inner cylindrical sleeve. Head on piston rod side, which is tightly attached to end on piston rod side of outer cylindrical sleeve and inner cylindrical sleeve so, that working medium under pressure, which is moved inside drive cylinder, could not flow out of drive cylinder through connection between head on side of piston rod and outer cylindrical sleeve and internal cylindrical sleeve. At the head on the side of the piston there is at least one outlet connection for working medium under pressure for movement of working medium under pressure beyond the drive cylinder and channels for working medium under pressure for connection of outlet connection for working medium under pressure and gap between external cylindrical sleeve and internal cylindrical sleeve with cylinder chamber on piston side, limited by head on piston side, inner cylindrical sleeve and piston. At the head on the side of the piston there is at least one inlet connection for working medium under pressure for supply of working medium under pressure outside the drive cylinder into the drive cylinder and channels for working medium under pressure for connection of gap between outer cylindrical sleeve and inner cylindrical sleeve with cylinder chamber on the side of piston rod limited by head on the side of piston rod, inner cylindrical sleeve and piston. Fastener for attachment of drive cylinder to hammer of pile-driving equipment. Solenoid valve operating in the drive cylinder, which controls operation, is a slide valve, which is located at least partially on the head on the side of the piston of the drive cylinder, and the rod of this slide valve is at least partially located outside the inner cylindrical sleeve in direction of movement of the piston part.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplified design of pile-driving equipment drive cylinder, providing durability, reduced material consumption during maintenance and repair.
