SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a compartment body for storage of small articles for a vehicle, a method of producing a compartment body, a center console and versions of a vehicle. Compartment body includes the main part defining the compartment for small items storage, having a hole for latch and the inseparable closing part for the latch hole, which is made with possibility to close the latch hole. Undivided closing part for the latch hole includes the hinged part, which can be flexible hinge. Hinge part further includes a retainer for engagement of the interacting receiver defined in the main part of the compartment, thus turning or folding of the hinge part enables engagement of the interacting receiver by means of a latch to close the latch hole.
