FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, in particular to the field of relay protection of power supply elements, and can be used in cases when in three phases of AC power circuits in networks with insulated or with dead-earthed neutral current transformers with two secondary windings are installed. In the circuit of power transformers installed in three phases of power circuit with two secondary windings, a double-wound reacting element is used. First and the second windings of the reacting element, which are connected in opposite directions, are installed in the section of zero wires of circuits of secondary windings of current transformers and secondary loads, assembled according to full star circuits.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of device with reliable control of integrity of secondary circuits in three-phase networks.
