FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-lethal weapons and can be used to protect objects from aggressive crowd or terrorists. Acoustic ammunition has housing in the form of straight pipe. High-power acoustic radiation source is an assembly consisting of at least one pair of identical solid propellant rocket engines fitted in said housing coaxially. Parachute and a radio fuze are attached to the center of gravity of the body. Parachute stabilizes the flight of ammunition – holds in horizontal position at dropping from the aircraft. Radio fuze is connected, at least, with two electric ignitors installed in each solid-propellant jet engine in the solid fuel area on the side of the outlet nozzle. Output nozzles of jet engines are directed to opposite sides from each other. Radio fuze transceiver antenna is directed to the opposite side from the parachute.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
