SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a special technique for influencing the masses in order to prevent disturbances. Device for dynamic exposure to a gas stream consists of a vehicle with an air-jet engine mounted on it. Non-lethal kinetic elements from an elastic material, mainly of a spherical shape, are introduced into a gas-air stream outgoing from the engine. Complex application of a jet of a gas-air mixture, non-lethal kinetic elements and sound impact will create unacceptable conditions for violators of public order to be found on the territory. Invention can also be used for moral and psychological impact.
EFFECT: technical result – the range of non-lethal special means is expanded.
