FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, and aims at treating patients with morphea guttata. For treating morphea guttata, tacrolimus ointment (Tacropic) 0.1 % is applied externally with simultaneous administration of immunomodulating azoximer bromide (polyoxidonium) preparation in the form of rectal suppositories No.6, daily, in course of 14 days.
EFFECT: use of the invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in plaque scleroderma, reduces side effects, more quickly achieves a positive effect and prolonged clinical remission.
