METHOD OF TREATING PATHOLOGICAL CICATRICAL SKIN DEFORMITIES Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC A61N2/04 A61K38/51 A61P17/02 A61M35/00

Abstract RU 2599868 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to physiotherapy and dermatovenerology, and can be used for treating hypertrophic or keloid scar. For this purpose, on scar tissue is first applied conjugated preparation of hyaluronidase with hyaluronidase activity 3000 IU. Thereafter, scar tissue is exposed to a travelling pulse magnetic field from multiple flat working surfaces with 4 exposure channels. Amplitude value of magnetic induction on working surface of coil-inductor of coil group of apparatus is 20±6 mT, duration of pulse magnetic field - 1.5-2.5 ms, pulse repetition frequency of magnetic field in each of coils - 6 Hz. Number of points of exposure - 4, exposure time for 1 source - not more than 5 minutes, total exposure time - not more than 20 minutes. Therapeutic course is 10 or 15 procedures in 5-fold mode of exposure per week.

EFFECT: method provides effective treatment at both stage of formed scar and at stage of cicatrisation at local effect on process of scarring and manifested anti-inflammatory, fibrinolytic, immunocorrecting effect of exposure.
