FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in aircraft engineering, as well as in shipbuilding, machine building and other fields of engineering. Aircraft moving in gas or liquid flow comprises fixed aerodynamic surface (wing, keel, underwater wing) intended for obtaining force directed across flow of liquid or gas, to rear edge of which two halves of steering wheel are hinged. Splitting of rudder halves causes formation of additional force directed along the flow, and joint turn of rudder halves changes value of force in transverse to flow direction. Invention relates to aircraft engineering, in particular to devices for changing the value and direction of aerodynamic forces when moving in a liquid or gas flow.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing aerodynamic resistance and weight of aircraft.
