FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of a power module for a vehicle, which comprises: a motor, an electric power converter and an electric power distributor, which are located in the compartment of the power module of the vehicle. Motor is configured to transmit driving force to vehicle drive wheels. Electric power converter is configured to convert supplied electric power into electric power, which must be supplied to motor, and is located on upper side of motor. Electrical power distributor is configured to distribute electric power supplied from a power source to an electrical power converter and is arranged such that at least part of electric power distributor covers electric power converter in vertical direction of vehicle when viewed from longitudinal or transverse directions of vehicle.
EFFECT: design of a power module is achieved, which enables to inhibit increase in dimensions of the power module separation in the vertical direction of the vehicle.
