FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to valve engineering and is intended for fluid media flow control in installations or systems for process control. Valve gate devices (202) fitted by a ceramic gate (210) with protected blocking surfaces are described. One of the valve gate device versions comprises a valve seat (222) consisting of non-ceramic materials and including an insertion liner (226) consisting of ceramic material. A blocking element (216) comprises a primary element (218) for flow control and a secondary element (220) for flow control. The secondary flow control element (220) consists of ceramic material and is installed inside the cavity (238) of the blocking element (216). The primary flow control element is tightly pressed to the non-ceramic material of the valve seat. At the same time the secondary flow control element moves inside the channel (232) of the insertion liner in order ti adjust the fluid medium flow through the valve seat when the primary flow control element disconnects from the non-ceramic material of the valve seat.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at increased service life of valve gate devices.
