FIELD: radio equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, radar and computer engineering and can be used in test equipment for adjustment, control and diagnostics of radar analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), as well as for presentation of ADC to QCD and customer representatives. Device for monitoring and diagnostics of the analogue-to-digital converter has a control panel and a radio pulse sequence generator (RPSG) as part of a generator of the RPS envelope and series-connected carrier frequency reference generator, a modulator and an attenuator, the output of which is a radio-imitative output of the device used to feed radio signals to the monitored ADC unit. Device also has a sine-wave and pulse signal former, a serial-to-parallel converter, a data acquisition board, a digital-to-analogue converter (DAC), a multimeter, an oscilloscope, a personal computer and a group of secondary power supplies (SPS). On control panel there are control elements assigning continuous or final PRI, device switching on / off devices, system controls of ADC unit, control sockets and light indicators for control and diagnostics of technical condition of controlled ADC unit. Structurally, the device is made in the form of a unit inserted into a cabinet, which together form a test and diagnostic stand, made on the same basic bearing structure (BBS), as the ADC unit, configured to be placed either in the radar cabinet, or in the control-diagnostic bench cabinet, and connected to the device unit by power supply and signals via standard connectors with standard BBS cables. Control panel is arranged on front part of device unit.

EFFECT: technical result is broader functional capabilities of device.
