SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering and can be used for functional-diagnostic monitoring of radar location stations (RLS). Device comprises a receiving-transmitting antenna, circulator, receiving device, subsystem of above-threshold detection and signal routing, subsystem for target marks and tracking trajectories formation, chronizer of a single time and current coordinates, power amplifier, reference signal generator, subsystem for training and imitation information formation, operator's workplace with information display subsystem, monitoring antenna, pilot-signal generator.
EFFECT: control in mutually complementary regimes of centralized functional-diagnostic control, end-to-end functional and diagnostic monitoring for control signals, local and routine inspection, monitoring in the operating mode.
