FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and can be used in making floors, trays, foundations, sidewalk and lining tiles, road barriers, bead stones, other structures and structures especially susceptible to acid and salt aggression. Binder contains (wt%): sulfur wastes from oil refineries – 37–39; ash-slag wastes from thermal power plants – 59–60; silicon (IV) chloride – 1–3.
EFFECT: proposed binder has improved physical-mechanical and operational properties compared to the prototype: high strength, frost-resistance, resistance to aggressive media, low water absorption.
