SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical virology and microbiology. Described is a strain of bacteriophage Pseudomonas aeruginosa used in production of medical biological antibacterial drugs – preparations of bacteriophages intended for prevention and treatment of pyoinflammatory and enteral diseases caused by bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Strain has lytic activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria. Strain is deposited in the State Collection of Pathogenic Microorganisms (GKPM) of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Scientific Centre for Expert Evaluation of Medicinal Products" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (FSBI "SCEEMP" of the Russian Ministry of Health) under registration No. 323 (500317).
EFFECT: strain of bacteriophage Pseudomonas aeruginosa 323 (500317) has a wide spectrum of antibacterial activity with respect to epidemiologically significant hospital and isolated from patients with various pathologies of clinical strains of pathogenic bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 100 % resistant to one or more antibiotics.
