STRAIN OF BACTERIOPHAGE PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA N 326 (500320), INTENDED FOR PREPARATION OF MONO- AND POLYVALENT TREATMENT-AND-PROPHYLACTIC PREPARATIONS OF BACTERIOPHAGES Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC C12N7/00

Abstract RU 2717435 C1

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a strain of bacteriophage Pseudomonas aeruginosa used in production of medical biological antibacterial drugs – preparations of bacteriophages intended for prevention and treatment of pyoinflammatory and enteral diseases caused by bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Strain is deposited in the State Collection of Pathogenic Microorganisms (GKPM) of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Scientific Centre for Expert Evaluation of Medicinal Products" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (FSBI "SCEEMP" of the Russian Ministry of Health) under registration number 326 (500320).

EFFECT: strain has lytic activity on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, has a wide spectrum of antibacterial activity in relation to epidemiologically significant hospital and isolated from patients with various pathologies of clinical strains of pathogenic bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 100% resistant to one or more antibiotics, obtained with maximum expansion of geography of isolation regions.
