FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hot-runner systems, namely, to devices for controlling flow of molten material fed into shaping cavity at high pressure values. Flap gate unit of hot-channel system, which includes valve nozzle, comprising housing 1, inside which there is translational displacement needle 2 or shut-off needle 2 with extension, and electromechanical drive, including housing 4 located in housing of electric motor, comprising rotor 6 with threaded inner hole, planetary assembly arranged in inner threaded hole of rotor 6 and consisting of multiple planetary units 7, engaged with threaded inner hole, and central screw 8 engaged with plurality of planetary assemblies 7, and located in housing sensor position 9 to monitor rotation of rotor of electric motor, wherein central screw 8 is operatively connected to valve shut-off needle 2 or extension of valve shut-off needle 2, and valve shut-off needle 2 or extension of valve shut-off needle 2 is provided with at least one anti-rotation unit 13 configured to prevent rotation of valve shut-off needle 2.
EFFECT: increased working life of the unit due to simplification of its design and increase of developed force at preservation of the specified dimensions of the unit.
