FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic reduction gear has housing 1, bearing shields 2, 3. Circular magnetic core 4 is installed on shield 2. Circular magnetic core 5 has teeth with crowns and multi-phase winding 6. On housing 1 there is bushing 7, on which disks 8 with ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic sectors are fixed. On low-speed shaft 11 resting on bearings 12, 13, bushing 9 is installed, on which disks 10 made of magnetic-hard material and having magnetized sectors of alternating polarity are fixed. Stator and rotor disks alternate in space. Number zc of ferromagnetic elements of the stator disc and the number zp of the unipolar sectors of the rotor disc are related by the equality zc=zp±p, where p is the number of pole pairs of winding 6. High-speed shaft 14 rests on bearings 15, 16. Housings of current lead 17 with three sets of brushes 18 with brush holders, springs and wires, insulating sleeve 19 installed on high-speed shaft 14 and having three contact rings 20 connected by means of bundle 21 with winding 6 are introduced. Magnetic core 5 is installed on high-speed shaft 14, and bearing 16 is installed on housing of current lead 17.
EFFECT: enabling adjustment of output rotation speed at high energy indices.
