FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electromagnetic mechanisms, namely to non-contact magnetic reducers, and can be used as transmission device of mechanical systems with large service life at impact loads. Magnetic reducing gear comprises housing 1 and end shields 2, 3, supporting magnetic cores 4, 5. On fast-rotating shaft 11 non-magnetic bushing 7 is installed of fast-rotating rotor with permanent magnets 6. At stator 8 there are stator discs 5. At slow-rotating shaft 12 there is non-magnetic bushing 10 of slow-rotating rotor with discs 9. Discs 8 and 9 of slow-rotating rotor are alternated. Stator discs have alternating ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic elements in form of sectors. Slow-rotating rotor discs are made from hard-magnetic material with axially-magnetized sectors of alternating polarity, uniformly located in circumferential direction. Slow-rotating rotor discs have their magnetic field interacting with field of permanent magnets and creating active electromagnetic torque.
EFFECT: improved manufacture ability and energy parameters.
