FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for digital generation of modulated pulse signals for control of key ultrasonic generator devices. This is achieved by using two-channel symmetric pulse-width modulation of the second type at an integer ratio of the total switching frequency six times higher than the frequency of the digital modulating signal based on the phase-matching of the modulating signal and width-modulated pulses from the condition of mutual compensation of the nearest harmonic and combinational components, which coincide with the third harmonic of the working frequency of the generator device.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of quality of digital generation of two sequences of pulse-width modulated pulses for control of two-channel and four-channel key generators of ultrasonic range at minimization of transfer speed of digital modulating signal.
