FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital form of modulated pulse signals for amplifier and generator devices of hydroacoustic transmitting channels of ultrasonic range. This is achieved due to that at provision of integer ratio γ= Ts/Tp= 3÷5 period TS digital input signal to period TP frequency-modulated sawtooth digital signal forming two symmetrical antiphased saw digital signals, as a result of comparison with digital input signal is formed of two modulated pulse sequences corresponding to two-channel symmetrical PWM.

EFFECT: reduced distortions of ultrasonic signals with minimum energy losses by reducing frequency of PWM.
