FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to methods of transportation of heated circular billets in pusher furnace. After full loading of round workpieces 1 with diameter d on inclined under 3 methodical pusher furnace with angle of α inclination α round workpieces are stopped by stop 4 with height h. After heating, round billets are fed separately from the furnace. For this, when each round billet is taken out of furnace, said pusher 2 is displaced by a value exceeding {√[(2h-d)tgα]2-4(1+tg2α)[(d/2-h)2-(d/2)2]+(d-2h)tgα}/[2(1+tg2α)].
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of round billets heating quality in pusher methodical furnace.
