FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing of aviation equipment, in particular to ground-based installations for testing aircraft engines. Method of preparation and performance of tests in aerodrome conditions includes operations for preparation for tests and installation of input and output devices instead of dismantled standard input and output devices of aircraft engine of power plant. For this purpose, the experimental input device (EID) is placed on the front platform and fixed at the bottom position of the platform frame, then the platform with the EID is moved to the front flange of the engine, with the help of two stackers the front platform frame is lifted from the EID and fixed on the platform stands. Using adjusting mechanisms of screw supports on frame of front platform, fine adjustment of height, roll and pitch angle of position of EID relative to engine is recorded, position of EID on engine is fixed by installation of bolts connecting flanges of the EID and engine. After lifting the frame of the front platform is fixed with mehopores, the forks of the stackers are lowered. Then, to compensate the load from the experimental input device, the front follow-up support (FFS) is inserted into the cutout of the frame of the front platform and installed vertically and the weight of the experimental input device is unloaded with the help of the adjustable support of the FFS. After unloading the weight of the EID, the FFS struts are installed, then the blocks are installed under the wheels of the FFS carriage and, by disconnecting the bolts of the EID fastening to the adjustment mechanisms on the frame of the front platform, the front platform is rolled. Frame of front platform is converted by means of piling to lower position. In operation of preparation and installation of experimental nozzle (EN) instead of dismantled standard nozzle of aircraft engine experimental nozzle (EN) is installed, for this purpose operations are performed to secure EN on frame of rear post, similar to operations on attachment of EID on frame of front platform. Installation and connection of EN to rear flange of engine is carried out both in horizontal position and with rotation through 90°, by connecting EN to rear flange of engine, at that rotation of EN is performed by means of hydraulic drive. Group of inventions also includes a stand for implementation of the said method for preparation and performance of tests for performance of input and output devices of an aircraft engine at aerodrome conditions.
EFFECT: disclosed inventions allow performing testing of experimental input devices and nozzles of aircraft engines without creation of expensive specialized test benches in conditions which are maximally close to conditions of real operation of aircrafts.
