SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to universal devices for manual installation of wheels on motor vehicles. The device contains a base, a frame, a lifting mechanism and a holder. The base includes two support corners, middle and rear crossbars, a plate rack. The frame includes a wall, a pressure bar, two pressure belts. The lifting mechanism includes a worm screw, a worm comb, a handle, a casing, two vertically parallel T-shaped carriages. The holder includes an L-shaped stop, two eyelets, a trapezoidal bracket.
EFFECT: increase in work convenience on wheels installation is achieved.
