FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas and oil industry and can be used in automation for control of pneumatic drives and pneumatic hydraulic drives of ball valves of pipelines. Technical result is achieved due to distributed control method based on application of local controller in automated control system of valve on gas condensate conduit, which enables to control valve drive remotely from automated process control system (APCS), remote from APCS programmable logic controller (PLC) terminal, locally by means of PLC of automated control system of valve on gas condensate drain pipe in case of loss of communication with APCS on the basis of measured pressure values, which is part of complex of sensor, and additionally transmit to APCS value of pressure in gas condensate mains, control gas pressure value, information on valve position (open / closed) and diagnostic information on health of pressure sensor and inductive valve position indicators.
EFFECT: increased level of safety and reliability of automatic control system of valve.
