SUBSTANCE: devices for introducing an inhibitor into a pipeline for cleaning wells in order to prevent or reduce corrosion and hydrate formation in them. The corrosion inhibitor and hydrate formation dosing device comprises a pipeline system with shut-off, shut-off-and-regulating and control and measuring equipment hermetically connected to each other, a power supply and control unit with a program for an electronic computer EC 4, wireless communication equipment, a filter 17. The indicated pipeline system includes: the main pipeline for supplying the inhibitor from the pump of the gas treatment unit 7, the inlet pipeline 2, the main pipeline 10, the bypass pipeline 11, the output pipeline 3 and the main pipeline for supplying the inhibitor to the well 8. At the same time, the main pipeline for supplying the inhibitor from the pump of the gas treatment plant 7 is hermetically connected on the one part to the pump of the gas treatment plant, and on the other part is hermetically connected to the inlet pipeline 2, equipped with a ball valve 13. On the other part, the inlet pipeline 2 is hermetically connected to the main pipeline 10 by means of a filter 17 located on the main pipeline, also equipped with an electromagnetic remote-controlled valve 12, a throttle 18, a check valve 16 and control and measuring equipment - pressure sensors 19, 20 and hermetically connected on the other part, with the outlet pipeline 3, equipped with a ball valve 15. The outlet pipeline 3, on the other part, is hermetically connected to the main pipeline for supplying the inhibitor to the well 8. The bypass pipeline 11 is equipped with a ball valve 14 and is hermetically connected on one part to the main pipeline 10 in front of the electromagnetic remote-controlled valve 12, and on the other part it is hermetically connected to the main pipeline 10 after the throttle 18, installed separately from the electromagnetic remote-controlled valve 12 with the possibility of replacement. Also, the device is additionally equipped with external control and measuring instruments 5, which are temperature sensors of the corrosion inhibitor and hydrate formation 21 and the temperature in the well 22, located in the area of the wireless connection of the power supply and control unit with the computer program 4, which performs real-time control of the electromagnetic remote-controlled valve 12, adjusting the dosing and consumption of corrosion inhibitor and hydrate formation according to pressure and temperature indicators of corrosion and hydrate formation inhibitor and temperature in the well received from the indicated pressure and temperature sensors 19, 20, 21, 22, and self-diagnosis with the ability to control contamination filter 17, the operability of the electromagnetic remote-controlled valve 12, and the reconfiguration of the power supply and control unit 4.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the corrosion inhibitor and hydrate formation dosing device and wells, adjustable dosing and consumption of the corrosion and hydrate formation inhibitor, simple design.
