FIELD: cooling; transport machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cooling of accumulator in electrified vehicles. Cooling of the battery pack of the electrified vehicle is carried out with optimized use of energy and with minimal effect on cooling of the passenger cabin. Coolant from condenser in air conditioning system is evaporated in front evaporator for cooling of main air flow in front zone of cabin. Coolant is evaporated in heat carrier cooler for cooling of liquid heat carrier. Liquid heat carrier is pumped from cooler to rear heat exchanger to cool airflow of rear zone in rear zone of cabin. Liquid heat carrier is pumped from cooler to accumulator when accumulator temperature and ambient air temperature correspond to active cooling mode. Heat carrier is pumped between accumulator and passive radiator instead of cooler when temperature of heat carrier of accumulator and temperature of ambient air correspond to mode of passive cooling.

EFFECT: efficient accumulator cooling, simplified cooling system and reduced number of evaporators.
