FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation, concentration and purification of solutions by electro-microfiltration, electroultra filtration, electron-nanofiltration, electroosmic filtration. Flat-chamber electrobarromembrane device comprises alternating dielectric chambers of housing with "protrusion" and with "recess" have overflow channels connecting separation chambers and small separation chambers, respectively, in gaskets vertical cylindrical holes are made, and in alternating dielectric chambers of housing with "protrusion" and with "recess" horizontal cylindrical holes are made, overflow channel is connected to vertical cylindrical hole in gasket, and overflow channel with horizontal cylindrical hole in dielectric chambers of housing with "protrusion" and with "recess", between which there are gaskets with holes for overflow channel, on the dielectric chambers of the housing with the "recess" there are chamber chokes installed on the front and rear walls of input of the initial solution and retentate outlet, which are arranged at distance of 30 and 90 mm respectively from the base of the apparatus along the central vertical axis, small separation chamber has height equal to height of near-cathode, near-anode membranes, and width equal to width of small cathode, near-anode membranes, notches of mesh-turbulence promoter have semicircular shape.

EFFECT: increased area of solution separation, increased productivity by cathode and near-anode permeate, increased quality and efficiency of solutions separation, reduced material consumption per unit volume of device.
