SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation, concentration and purification of solutions by methods of electromicrofiltration, electroultrafiltration, electronanofiltration, electroosmofiltration. Invention relates to an electric baromembrane apparatus of a flat chamber type from alternating dielectric chambers of a housing with a "cavity" and a "projection" and housing flanges, metal plates, gaskets, negative and positive terminals of the electric current supply device, cathode and anode permeate discharge unions, bolts, washers and nuts, separated solution inlet and outlet unions, mesh-turbulizer, monopolar-porous plates electrode-cathode, small electrode-cathode, electrode-anode and small electrode-anode, near-cathode, small near-cathode, near-anode and small near-anode membranes, porous and small porous cathode and anode substrates from Whatman paper, flanged drainage grid, small separation chamber, overflow window, polymer filling, polymer compound, dielectric mesh, channels for removal of anode and cathode permeate, double-sided holes for electric wires, drainage grid, polymer composition, channels for inlet and outlet of solution, rectangular plates of inserts, small gasket, at that, the initial solution inlet and the near-anode retentate inlet chamber unions are located at an angle of thirty degrees relative to the horizontal axis, the housing chambers, housing flanges, round metal plates have bolt holes arranged at the same angle of sixty degrees relative to each other and thirteen degrees relative to vertical axis.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and quality of separation of solutions, turbulence of separated solution flow and reduced concentration polarization in small separation chambers, simplified fabrication of apparatus elements, uniform distribution of mechanical load on bolted joint.
