SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication device and a communication method for wireless communication in a wireless local area network. Communication device comprises a communication unit configured to: transmit a triggering frame, which includes information on wireless communication resources, which accurately determines uplink resources, and attribute information relating to transmission of the uplink response frame; receiving an uplink response frame transmitted in response to the triggering frame, wherein the uplink response frame includes buffered data information; and the uplink response frame is transmitted using at least one resource block selected from a group of resource blocks accurately determined in the wireless communication resource information; transmitting an uplink transmission permission frame, which includes resource allocation information indicating allocated uplink transmission resources in response to an uplink resource frame, including buffered data information; and receiving a data frame transmitted using allocated uplink data transmission resources in accordance with an uplink transmission permission frame.

EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility to suppress reduction of uplink efficiency on the basis of random access scheme.
