SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication systems and to methods of transmitting data to support data transmission by a plurality of users. Technical result is achieved due to that the method envisages execution of multi-user (MU) uplink (UL) transmission in a wireless communication system, comprising carrying out carrier monitoring on a channel; receiving a start-up frame containing information for UL MU transmission and a carrier control indicator indicating whether the carrier control result is to be displayed from the access point (AP); and transmitting the UL MU frame through the channel based on the UL MU transmission information. UL MU frame is transmitted via channel based on carrier control result, if carrier control indicator indicates display of carrier control result. UL MU-frame is transmitted through a channel regardless of the carrier control result if the carrier control indicator does not indicate the display of the carrier control result.

EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in expansion of arsenal of wireless communication systems.
