FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to self-propelled off-road ground, amphibious and water transport vehicles. Tractor of hydro truck comprises technological frame, drive and idle rotary circular wheels of shell ring. On the wheels end walls are fixed with support units in the form of bearing bushings. One end of bushings accommodates shell rings, while second ends of axles are secured in process frame. Bearing axle housings comprise cavities connected by one opening with process case. In zone of shells axes between end walls in axle housing there is at least one opening hatch between end walls. On axes between end walls there are support brackets with driven power devices. Drive power accessories are made in form of water monitors. Hydraulic monitors enable tangential mass-dynamic action on inner surface of shell wheels by movable pressure medium supplied by circulating pressure hydraulic system. Hydraulic system includes branched pipelines and suction branch pipes arranged in lower part of drive wheels between end walls of shell rings wheels.

EFFECT: higher speed of movement and simplified maneuvering.
