FIELD: disinfection of objects.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disinfection of objects using heat and chemicals. Filter-regulation system aerosol disinfection method, according to which inner surfaces of air ducts and filtration ventilation chamber at a distance of up to 20 m are treated with thermomechanical aerosol of 20 % (vol) hydrogen peroxide with addition of 1 % (volume) of oxalic acid and 1% (vol) of orthophosphoric acids, formed by a hot mist generator with 5–10 dm3·h-1, area of treated surface and required amount of formulation are calculated, based on consumption rate of 75 cm3·m-2 – during disinfection from vegetative forms of microorganisms and 150 cm3·m-2 – during disinfection of spore forms. From the vegetative forms of the microbes, the filter-ventilation system is treated by spraying the entire volume of the disinfectant once, after which the exposure is held for 30 minutes, disinfection against the spores is carried out twice in equal parts with interval of 30 minutes and exposure of 30 minutes after the last treatment.
EFFECT: invention provides 100 % destruction of microorganisms on objects with their initial infection of not less than 1·105 CFU·cm-2.
