FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for ventilation systems disinfection, first, in the absence of air inflow, the disinfectant aerosol is injected into the process openings of ventilation ducts in an estimated amount. A disinfectant emulsion containing a film former is taken as a disinfectant. The aerosol is produced using an aerosol generator, setting the dispersity regime of the disinfectant emulsion of 5-25 microns. After treatment with this aerosol, the exposure is conducted with closed process holes for the time necessary to form a disinfectant emulsion film on the internal surface of the ventilation ducts. At the end of the exposure, the residues of the finely dispersed aerosol phase are removed by blowing the ventilation channels with air in the usual manner.
EFFECT: application of the invention allows to improve the efficiency and validity of disinfectant aerosol treatment of ventilation systems and air conditioning ducts.
