Method involves ultrasonic treatment of at least part of a reaction liquid mass or a two-phase mixture contained within said chemical reactor. Also disclosed are a method of producing melamine from urea, a reactor for synthesis of urea or melamine and use of ultrasonic treatment inside a reactor.
