FIELD: monitoring devices.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of automatic control technologies, and namely to the system of valves with an insulating device, and includes an on/off valve mounted on the pipeline. On/off valve controls circulation of media in its ascending and descending pipelines; on/off valve stem is connected to the on/off drive mechanism; upstream pipeline of the on/off valve is connected to an auxiliary actuation mechanism by means of a connecting pipe, and this mechanism is connected to a drive mechanism of switching on/off, wherein the auxiliary actuation mechanism is designed to actuate the on/off drive mechanism; at that, on the connecting pipe there is an insulating device, which isolates this pipe in the ascending and descending parts due to the pressure sensor, and this sensor of this device can read the medium pressure in the ascending pipeline and transmit data on pressure to the auxiliary actuation mechanism, thus actuating the auxiliary actuation mechanism; note here that non-viscous and incompressible process fluid is filled between connecting pipe downward part and auxiliary actuation mechanism.
EFFECT: present invention can be used if the medium in the pipeline is a readily crystallizing and condensing process liquid, as well as for improving the accuracy and sensitivity of the valve response.
