FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: fodder product for productive agricultural animals and poultry on the basis of vegetable fats is characterized by the fact that fats of vegetable origin are represented by nanostructured lecithin and milk thistle oil in form of an emulsion of globules with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), taken in ratio of 1:0.02 with diameter of 8–10 nanometers, with the following ratio of ingredients, wt%: sorbitol 35–45; fructooligosaccharides 15–25; nanostructured lecithin 5–10; nanostructured milk thistle oil 5–8; beta-carotene 10 % 0.4–0.5; succinic acid 0.7–1.0; chromium propionate 0.10–0.12; water – balance.
EFFECT: developed composition provides the possibility to reduce dry period, service period, insemination index, as well as increase of average daily milk yield, fat content and protein in cow milk.
