FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tobacco composition which contains a tobacco component in amount of 60 to 90 wt% of a tobacco composition, an excipient in amount of 0 to 20 wt% of a tobacco composition and an aerosol-generating agent in amount of 10 to 20 wt% of the tobacco composition, wherein the tobacco composition has a nicotine content of 0.5 to 1.5 wt% of the tobacco composition; and the tobacco component contains a paper-recovered tobacco in amount of 70 to 100 wt% of the tobacco component.

EFFECT: avoiding sudden surges of nicotine release.
