Invention discloses a decorated and surface-structured wall or floor panel (100) having base (110) of cement-fiber material, primer layer (120) arranged on the surface of the base, decorative layer (130) arranged on primer layer, radiation-curable lacquer or hot-melt adhesive layer (140) arranged on decorative layer, structured film (150) of synthetic material arranged on layer of radiation curable lacquer or hot-melt adhesive, and cover coat (160) arranged on synthetic film structured material.
EFFECT: disclosed is a decorated surface-structured wall or floor panel.
