SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing structured surfaces by applying a layer made from a reactive hot-melt substance and then embossing a surface, as well as to an article made by such a method, and can be used for design of floor elements and furniture industry. Method of making structured surfaces on a substrate includes a step of applying a layer of a reactive hot-melt substance based on polyurethane on at least part of the surface of the substrate, step of stamping surface of applied on previous stage layer by means of embossing mold, which has negative of three-dimensional structure made on substrate. Method also includes a step for depositing a lacquer layer on a substrate coated with a reactive hot-melt substance. Lacquer layer is applied to the substrate after the step of applying a layer from the reactive hot-melt substance based on polyurethane and / or after the stamping step of the surface.

EFFECT: reduced duration and cost of making structures which are identical to structures known in nature, and which have especially attractive optical and tactile properties.
