FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic radio communication and is intended for data transmission between mobile and fixed subscribers. Result is obtained by generating packets of 2N bits, encoding with a binary code so that the number of digits in the code word n=log2N matches the order of phase manipulation 2, 4, 6, 16, accurate synchronization of time scales on the transmitting and receiving sides, and corresponding operations at receiving side.
EFFECT: technical result of invention consists in increase of information transfer speed.
