METHOD OF SUPERSTRUCTURE INSTALLATION FROM POLYMER COMPOSITE MATERIALS TO METAL SHIP HULL Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC B63B15/00 B63B3/14 B63B73/00

Abstract RU 2719705 C1

FIELD: vessels and other watercrafts.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding and concerns the technology of mounting superstructures of polymer composite materials (PCM) on ship hull metal. Disclosed is method of mounting superstructure from PCM on metal hull of ship, including installation of superstructure blocks with metal coamings formed into volume, wherein outer contour of superstructure made of flat sections, when mounted on metal body deck does not follow curvilinear outline of body half-width, distance of outer angles of superstructure unit from bead line is 40–50 mm, and control of superstructure width during construction is carried out only by extreme angular points.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of labour intensity at installation of superstructure from PCM on metal hull of ship.
