METHOD OF T-LIKE CONNECTION OF THREE-LAYER SHIP STRUCTURES FROM POLYMER COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND OBTAINED BY THIS METHOD CONNECTION UNIT Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC B63B5/24

Abstract RU 2738944 C2

FIELD: shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to T-shaped structural joints of ship structures made from polymer composite materials. Disclosed is a method of forming a T-shaped connection of three-layer ship structures from PCM, characterized in that in base three-layer structure (BTS) groove is made in extreme and middle layers, at the edge of connected three-layer structure (CTS) there made along whole length of connection is recess of middle layer, in which on the adhesive the U-shaped section insert is installed in the entire length of the recess by the middle flap inside the recess, tightly to the end of the middle ply of the CTS, then CTS is installed along entire length of connection into central part of BTS slot and pre-fixed, after which CTS on both sides is molded by means of internal "wet" elbows to inner surface of outer layer of BTS, after that, in formed parts of BTS slot on both sides of CTS along entire length of connection to entire depth of groove inserts are placed, filling BTS groove in height to its extreme layer and pressing sides of inner angles to CTS and inner side of BTS outer layer, then CTS along the entire length of connection on both sides is molded by means of external "wet" elbows to installed in grooves BTS inserts, and through them—to BTS, ensuring their tight adherence without air inclusions. Also proposed is a unit of T-shaped connection of ship structures from PCM.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of mounting such power elements in any place of ship hull and increasing rigidity, strength and reliability of ship hull.
