FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for production of elastic electric circuit. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the method of obtaining the elastic electric circuit includes the following operations: forming a pattern of electroconductive tracks from carbon nanotubes by removing, using laser or lithographic techniques, a nanomaterial film in form of a finished film of carbon nanotubes on a solid substrate; pouring liquid elastomer onto a film of carbon nanotubes, curing the polymer and removing the film of carbon nanotubes with the elastomer from the solid substrate; connection of leg of microelectronic component and film of carbon nanotubes by means of glue layer based on homogeneous mixture containing elastomer and carbon nanotubes; coating is applied from liquid elastomer with subsequent curing of the elastomer for encapsulation.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of increasing the number of tension/compression cycles and increasing the percentage of stretching the final shape compared to the initial one without destroying the electrical connection of the components of the elastic electrical circuit.
