FIELD: electrical engineering; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to resistive current-conducting paste, and can be used in the electrical industry, for example, for the production of textile-based heating elements by screen printing, as well as for the production of current-conducting ink. Result is provided by the qualitative and quantitative composition of the current-conducting paste, namely the selection of the polymer binder and the composition of the current-conducting carbon filler, which is a mixture of carbon nanotubes, graphite and technical carbon dispersed in solvents, wherein carbon nanotubes in carbon filler can be pre-calcined and purified with a mixture of concentrated sulphuric and nitric acids and functionalised with a mixture of potassium permanganate and sulphuric acid when heated to temperature of 500 °C for 6-8 hours, and solvent used is a solvent selected from a group comprising deionised water, acetone, toluene, m-cresol, isopropanol, butyl ether of acetic acid, N-methylpyrrolidone, 2-butoxyethylacetate, dimethylformamide, methylethylketone, 1-methoxypropanol-2, or mixtures thereof. In addition, the resistive current-conducting paste can contain a stabilizer selected from a group of non-ionic surfactants.
EFFECT: improved elastic properties of coating based on resistive paste, resistance to mechanical deformations.
