FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular, to methods for increasing production of super-viscous oil at deposit. Method involves construction of pairs of horizontal production and injection wells placed one above the other, equipped in the horizontal part with corresponding tail filters, heating the deposit by pumping of heat carrier – steam into both wells with heating of productive formation and creation of steam chamber, steam injection through injection wells, product selection due to steam and gravity drainage through production wells and monitoring of the state of the steam chamber. After development of the deposit site, the injection of steam and the selection of fluid in one of the pairs of wells are stopped. After lowering temperature in production well below threshold from cooled production well, drilling of new horizontal borehole, equipped with later with filter-shank, in direction not covered by development sections, with subsequent pumping of steam into both wells to obtain hydrodynamic connection between barrels and maintain required temperature, steam is pumped through an injection well and products are withdrawn due to steam-gravity drainage through a new production well bore with control of steam chamber state. Threshold temperature is 60 °C or less, before construction of the new horizontal borehole a wedge-deflector is lowered to the production well with a slant directed to the areas not covered by the development; a window is cut in the casing of the production well, through which the new horizontal bore is subsequently drilled.
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a no-accident method of super-viscous oil deposit development at the late stage allowing to construct the new horizontal wellbore from the production well with minimum time expenditures.
