FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: development of high-viscosity oil or bitumen deposits under thermal exposure to horizontal wells with a non-linear arrangement of the oil-water contact. A method for developing a superviscous oil deposit includes constructing pairs of horizontal production and injection wells located one above the other, pumping a coolant through injection wells with heating the productive formation and creating a steam chamber, withdrawing products through steam gravity drainage through production wells and monitoring the state of the steam chamber. The development is carried out with the regulation of the current size of the steam chamber by changing the volume of injection of the coolant into the injection wells and the withdrawal of fluid from the production wells with the volume of the steam chamber controlled. With a non-linear location of the water-oil contact, at the initial stage, the location of the absolute elevation of the water-oil contact within the deposit is determined, a pair of horizontal production and injection wells located one above the other, placed in the uppermost section of the deposit in absolute elevation, is constructed. Then, the coolant is injected through injection wells with heating of the productive formation and creation of a steam chamber. Production is selected by means of steam gravity drainage through a production well and control over the state of the steam chamber. When the oil production rate drops to 2 t/day or less, and the water cut reaches 98% or more, steam injection and liquid withdrawal are stopped. Further, in the direction of lowering the absolute elevation of the water-oil contact at a distance of 1.5-2 m from the water-oil contact vertically and at a distance of 100 m in plan from the previous pair of horizontal wells, the next pair of horizontal producing and injection wells located one above the other is constructed. In the next pair of wells, the coolant is injected through the injection well with the heating of the productive formation and the creation of a steam chamber, the products are taken due to the steam gravity drainage through the production well, and the state of the steam chamber is monitored. Next, the selection of products from the previous production well is resumed. When the oil production rate drops to 2 t/day or less, as well as the water cut reaches 98% or more, the injection of steam into the injection well and the withdrawal of fluid from the production well are stopped, and the withdrawal of fluid from the previous production well is also stopped. Operations for the construction of the next pair of horizontal production and injection wells located one above the other after the development of the previous pair are repeated.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of development of superviscous oil deposits.
