At that, the elastic element is in the first configuration when the piston is in the proximal position, elastic element is configured to deflect outward in a radial direction into a second configuration during movement of the piston from a proximal position towards a distal position, and the elastic member is configured to move from the second configuration in the direction of the first configuration when the piston moves in the direction of the distal position or when the piston reaches the distal position, thereby generating an audio signal.
